3. Alanya, Kargıcak Area

Kargicak is an elite, low-rise district of Alanya. It is considered the most calm and quiet zone.

This village is famous for its sandy, well-kept beach, streets full of orange trees, banana palms, luxury villas and apartments with panoramic views of Alanya and the Taurus Mountains. Actively built and developed, started no more than 5 years ago.

4. Alanya, Avsallar Area

Avsallar – Alanya’s holiday area is located between Alanya and Antalya. This town is one of the warmest places on the Antalya coast as the bay protects the area from strong winds. Avsallar is located 20–25 minutes from the center of Alanya; Although it is a remote area, there is constant traffic here.

The region is famous for its sandy beaches and rich nature, one of the beaches of Avsallar, “Injekum” is among the top 10 beaches in Turkey.

Avsallar is chosen for a family holiday with children or for a measured leisure by the pool.

The nature of development

There is a peculiarity in Avsallar: Only large-scale hotel-type complexes are allowed in this area. The residential complexes have a large area and infrastructure that can be used at any time of the year: sunbathe by the pool in summer and spend time in the baths, indoor pools or fitness rooms in winter. Such LCDs usually have their own cinemas and halls.

The first line of Avsallar is reserved for hotels, and the housing stock is a short distance from the sea, approximately 250 m. The farther the housing complex is located, the larger scale and more developed infrastructure it will have.

5. Alanya, Cikcilli Area

Cikcilli is a quiet and peaceful area of ​​Alanya. There are no hotels, clubs and, accordingly, no tourists. The area is close to the slope of the Taurus Mountains and there is a lot of greenery, so in summer it is not very hot here. The center of Alanya is only 4 km and the beaches are between 600 m and 1 km.

Now the Cikcilli district is actively being built with multi-storey residential complexes with hotel infrastructure. The construction of nine- and eleven-story houses is allowed here. High-rise residential complexes are located on the hills, many apartments have panoramic sea and mountain views.

Cikcilli is in the eastern part of Alanya, bordering with Oba in the north. It is quite far from the sea in terms of location, but close to the slopes of the Taurus Mountains.

Cikcilli is one of the most comfortable areas of the city of Alanya.

6. Alanya, Demirtaş Area

Demirtaş is not a touristic area, there are no hotels here, but there is all the infrastructure for permanent residence. A brief description of this area is a calm and secluded area with beautiful nature. Demirtaş’s beaches are sandy, long and have a soft entrance.

Konaklı is visually divided into two. Close to the sea is considered touristic, for tourists there are hotels, elite residential complexes and infrastructure. Mostly low-rise buildings are built here, but in a cascade pattern that allows you to see the Mediterranean Sea from almost anywhere.
The upper part of Konaklı is separated by a road. The land in this part is used for agriculture, but there are also private cottages. Those who want comfort and quiet live there.

Konaklı area is a short distance from Alanya – 12 km. On the other hand, it is located in the neighborhood of Avsallar – 14 km.

Infrastructure

In this part of the city, the infrastructure is well developed. There are 2 large shopping malls, several supermarkets, the 2 largest nightclubs, food supermarkets, public schools and banks.

Investment or permanent residence

Properties in this area are suitable not only for investment, but also for permanent residence, because it is only 8 km from the center of Alanya.

Advantages and disadvantages

Its advantages include: low cost of real estate and developed infrastructure of the region, proximity to the center. And of the minuses – the sea does not have a smooth entrance with a slight slope everywhere, and when swimming you need to be careful.

8. Alanya, Kestel Area

Kestel district is a dynamically developing elite coastal region of Alanya. It is famous for its wide beach and beautiful promenade. Kestel is home to the famous Dim Çay River. Unlike other parts of Alanya, there are very few hotels here and the first row is being built with new residential complexes.

9. Alanya, Tosmur Area

Tosmur is also one of the quieter new areas of Alanya. This is a picturesque place where there is always a pleasant coolness and fresh air. Tosmur is famous for its beach, which is one of the best on the coast. The beach is very clean and there are almost no plates.

Currently, there are almost no new buildings in Tosmur and local houses are 10-20 years old. Basically, these are five- and nine-story buildings with large apartments and large balconies.

Tosmur is distinguished by a small number of hotels (mostly apart-hotels), so it is suitable for those who want to escape from the bustle of the city.
